Please note when calling us that we are based in the United Kingdom and are five hours ahead of Florida time.

If we are not available there is an answering machine, please leave a message with your name, dates required and contact details, and we will call you back).

We will then send you a Booking Agreement to sign and return and provisionally hold the dates for 7 days pending the receipt of your Booking Agreement and Booking Deposit.

A Booking Deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This can be paid by Cheque or Credit Card / Debit Card via PayPal (5% handling fee applies via PayPal).

• Booking will be confirmed once we have received your completed Booking Agreement and Booking Deposit.

• Balance will be due 10 weeks before you arrive. Full payment due immediately if booking is less than 10 weeks.

• You do not have to book Saturday to Saturday. We accept bookings starting on any day of the week. Minimum stay 7 nights.
