We had a fabulous holiday can't fault anything about the villa. Kitted out to a high standard, with good facilities in the kitchen if you want to cook in. Once again your villa exceeded expectations and still has the very best pool experience of all our stays in Florida or which we have had 20+😎. The location was just fabulous with some great restaurants both left and right on the ’17’ and both within a 10min drive. Turn left and there is Manny’s chophouse (very good food) just past Walmart’s on the right, and turn Right and there is the Davenport Ale house, which was great for snacks and meals.

Also, and quite importantly the local villa management were extremely helpful and provide useful tips on where to (and where not to) visit whilst on you vacation commensurate with the family needs. They were very helpful during the recent Hurricane season providing very useful tips and advise on how to cope during the storm.

We would definitely recommend your villa to friends and family

We've already done the "Disney" vacation so this year tried Discovery Cove, Sea World and Aquatica. This fantastic home is about 30 minutes or less away from all three. The house is just as pretty as the pictures and the owner is wonderful to work with. The location is just 6 miles from the highway (4) that brings you to Disney or Discovery Cove and Sea World. There are nearby grocery stores and restaurants; Manny's Chop House is a must!!! The games rooms in this house hosted our week long family game tournament. With two teens having their own activities we are hard pressed to find time to all be together and this house was perfect!!! Everyone had their own master suite - such comfortable king size beds we did a lot of sleeping in! Each suite has it's own bathroom as well. The pool and spa were amazing - we did a lot of swimming, lounging and enjoyed night swimming as well since the pool and spa have beautiful lights. The house has everything you need kitchen wise as well, and a laundry room. There are spare towels and lots of them! I am so thankful we found this house and as I said the owner is such a pleasure. He was responsive by both phone and email, and got us whatever information we needed. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone! So much space to play, relax, and enjoy your family.

This villa is absolutely wonderful! It is located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the chaos of Disney but close to lots of essentials!

It has everything you could ever need, from furnishings, to kids accessories and a fabulous pool and hot tub!

The arrangement of the house is exceptional, we had a group of 8 stay here and each family pretty much had their own floor and bedrooms with bathroom.

The best part of this place is the backyard and the pool! The pool is large with a attached hot tub and great social area around the pool.

The villa has a lot of stores and restaurants around it and is a short drive from DisneyWorld!

It's a quiet beautiful home away from all the chaos but close enough for convenience! Loved this place and our stay!!

The owners are exceptional and great to work with as well as the property management! No complaints will definitely stay here again and again.

Our experience here was certainly enjoyable.

Traveling with young children can be tough but the villa came stocked with two pack and plays and a high chair helping to limit what we need to bring.

The pool was heated perfectly for both adults and the kids alike and we made sure to enjoy it and the spa every day of our stay.

The home was clean and all the rooms offered comfortable beds to sleep in.

The home provided more then enough space for 5 adults, a teenager, and two young children.

I would recommend the location for anyone wanting to get away from the crowds of Disney Works but still want to be close enough to go experience the park.

From the moment we arrived at Calabay Parc at Tower Ranch, it didn't disappoint. We drove down the quiet street filled with Christmas lights and sat in the car for a few minutes before getting out just to take it all in before opening the front door!

The house was super clean, well laid out and very comfortable for the 5 of us! Originally we had planned on vacationing with my Parents but unfortunately they were unable to attend so there was plenty of space for our 3 Daughters to get down time!   The girls all slept upstairs and my husband and I had the main floor master so the basement didn't get touched! I loved the laundry on the main floor as it seemed like we were always throwing a load in and keeping on top of the laundry!

The pool and outdoor space was amazing and by far the best part of our vacation! The views were incredible!! We woke every morning, made coffee and went down to the hot tub and pool to take in the pure peacefulness of this space. We had the privilege of watching champion water skiers train on the lake directly in front and it became a breakfast routine to cheer them on!

We spent each day out at one of the parks close by and looked forward to coming 'home' each night to eat, swim, watch some TV and relax in the comfort of your amazing place!!

We LOVED the location and how close it was to Walmart, Target all all the other shopping and restaurants near by. It was so central to everything we wanted to see and do!

I appreciate how incredibly kind you were to us in light of my Dad's health problems and changes our original booking dates with no hassle and how honest your details and pictures are of the house online! We browsed all the resources available at the house within the first couple of days to get an idea of our surroundings and it was all really helpful!

We will most definitely stay again and have already been looking at the schedule to see what will work for us and what is sill available :)

Well this was our 2nd holiday in this luxurious spacious villa and we will hopefully be back again. This villa is just stunning and has all the necessary items to make your holiday here memorable. With 3 luxury master bedrooms and ensuites each on seperate floors so when with friends or family you each have your own space and not on top of each other. Plus loads of space for relaxing Only about half hours drive from all the parks so no problem at all. The pool and spa are great to spend an evening relaxing after the parks. Plenty of good eating places nearby and Walmart just down the road as well. Mo the owner is very helpful and will answer any questions you have and I have had a couple of conversations with him on phone and found him very obliging.

What more can i say other than you will have a great time and won't be disappointed.

As previous we had a great time and it probably would have been good to have spent more time at the villa but as you can imagine we had a busy time and also stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel whilst there.

We generally do Florida in a 2-year cycle and barring any change will certainly give you a shout to book sometime next year if available. Really enjoyed your approach and attention to detail.

We tried Mannys for the first time on your recommendation and really enjoyed, we also found the Boathouse in Disney Springs fab although a bit pricey.

We booked the Hallo Wishes firework desert party at Magic Kingdom which was great value for money and also the Star Wars galactic desert party which also was excellent.

New places we tried this year that were worthy of a mention were the sci-fi dine in restaurant, via Napoli ristorante, the Plaza restaurant and Be our guest dinning.

You thought of absolutely everything and it exceeded our expectations. From the furnishings and decor, down to the "oh so amazing" game room with those neat wine & drink chillers. We loved everything!

We had a fabulous holiday in the villa. It was huge! Our boys loved the well equipped games room and the wonderful swimming pool.

The villa is in a great location for shops and restaurants etc. It was a little further to the Disney Parks (about 45 mins) but we prefer to be a little way away from them as the restaurants etc get very busy.

The villa has a lovely outlook over a lake and is not overlooked at all.

The kitchen is well equipped too.

All in all a fab holiday and we would recommend the villa to our friends and family.

Mo was very helpful both before booking and during our stay.

We all had a very enjoyable stay at your villa. For our party of 4 adults and two young boys the villa was perfect, with complete privacy from the surrounding villas.

The layout over the three floors was ideal for us, and wonderfully furnished and very comfortable. The large pool and spa were well used everyday especially after a very long and tiring day at the theme parks.

I will miss the quiet evenings sitting on the large balcony, watching the sun go down over the lake and listening to the myriad of sounds from the many creatures that inhabited the shores of the lake. Not to mention the odd alligator that glided past!

The location was perfect for getting to all the theme parks.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous house located in a gated community. It was beautiful to be so close to a lake.

There was plenty of room for the amount of people who stayed during our week. 7 adults and 5 kids. We were able to each have our own floor which was wonderful. Even though we were in the same house we weren't stepping on each others toes.

The pool and hot tub were perfect. We spent most of our time in both, the kids loved it.

The house is close enough to attractions. We took time to drive to Busch Gardens and Lego Land. My parents took a drive to Clearwater beach as well... all day trips!

The Walmart came in super handy, it only being 2 min away made it easy to frequently grocery shop and get any necessities.

We really found Mo to be exceptional throughout the renting process. It's never easy booking places online... you never know what your going to get, and who to trust but he responded to all questions very promptly and made telephone calls to ensure we were happy at all times.

The weather was fabulous for our stay during the Canadian March break.

We also loved being able to take morning walks around the community for exercise, never feeling unsafe.

We would recommend this rental for large families with kids or without.

Our stay at the villa were wonderful. The Villa is great, we had plenty of room for us and some of our Family who came down. The Villa is well appointed and met our needs. It is very private and has a great view of the lake, the nightly sunsets were spectacular.

The pool was perfect as was the spa, we were amazed how the pool kept such a steady temperature, we swam everyday and Craig looked after the pool very well.

There are lots of golf courses to choose from in the area including mini golf. Shopping at Posner Parc is also great. It is also close to food stores and drug stores.

Our son in law discovered Sunny's BBQ restaurant just down the road and was enjoyed by all.

A trip to Bok Gardens was also enjoyed by the seniors.

Most of our time was spent at the Villa beside the pool and in the games room. The outdoor tennis table was really great.

The Villa was enjoyed by all and we hope to be able to come back again.

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks. This home is just as described, the pool area and games room were thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. There is plenty of room throughout the villa and ideal for a large group.

We were very lucky with the weather and spent a lot of time outside in and around the pool, which was never cold.

The setting is lovely, right on the lake, we watched some amazing sunsets.

There is a large Walmart just a few minutes drive away, so didn't need to travel far for groceries, we frequented the local Denny's for breakfast, where the food and service were good, and enjoyed a nice meal at the Outback restaurant located in Winter Haven about 20 minutes drive from the villa. Posner Parc, located a short drive away, has a mix of outlets, restaurants and cinema. We can recommend CiCi's pizza, cooked fresh and great value. Located on the US27 at Lake Hamilton is Capt Fred's Airboat Nature Tours, not only did we have a great airboat ride, but we actually got to hold baby gator's.

For any keen golfers the Southern Dunes course, a few minutes drive from the villa, is a very good course, as is Celebration, but play was a little slow and Falcons Fire Golf Club located just off the 192 was an excellent course. The Florida Mall, Premium Outlets and Theme Parks were all easy to reach via the I-4.

We had a super time in your villa.

The pool was great, the rooms were spacious and airy, the view terrific and the area quiet and peaceful.

We were near a large supermarket and several restaurants though many were fast food such as Taco Bell, Domino, Subway, pizza and burger joints galore.

It was a good straight road from the villa along US27 and I4 to the parks and in a good place for Busch Gardens.

I would have preferred fewer notices and rules but understand why they are probably necessary.

We were only disappointed by the fact that you had people arriving the day we left and so we had to leave by 10 am.

It's early for an evening flight. Since we could see it was let from Sunday we had hoped that the manager would allow us to pay a little extra and stay till afternoon. But alas it wasn't to be. Next time we will have to book an extra day.

We spend a lot of time in the universal parks. But we also stay very often in this great villa at Tower Lake. This was the real the best house we´ve ever booked. And there is no neighbour and a great view over the lake.

First week we take a call to your house service, because the heater of the whirlpool was off and in the net over the pool was a hole. Same day the heater was working and the net was repaired. So I can say your service is working perfect.

One a little thing: The table-soccer was out of order, but no problem we often played pool billiard and air hockey!

But I must say - this villa is absolutely perfect – there is no better place in Orlando!!!!! I showed great pictures of your villa to my friends – they`re all overwhelmed.

Next year we booked New York – but when we’ll come once more – we come to your fantastic place!

I don't really know where to start... From the moment we pulled up outside the Villa the huge smile on my face was there (until the day we had to leave). We had an absolutely amazing perfect wonderful memorable family holiday in an outstanding Villa.

Everything was just perfect. The pool toys were a fantastic bonus for the children they enjoyed the pool everyday, the water features were an added bonus and its size was perfect. The pool temperature was great we never needed the pool heat once during our stay.

The house itself was perfect the beds were soooo comfortable there were plenty of towels and the appliances within the villa perfect. The showers were really powerful and have plenty of hot water at a high pressure.

We ate at Manny''s Chop House for evening meals on a few occasions and Nikkos Egg City for breakfast, they are both only 2 miles from the villa and are excellent.

It was my birthday whilst we were at the villa and my husband and children made it extra special; booking a Hot Air Balloon ride with Orlando Hot Air Balloons, they ordered a special birthday cake from Publix which again was just 2 miles away from the Villa.

We all as a family had an amazing holiday making memories to treasure and already are counting the days till we return.

From the moment you drive up to the villa it has the wow factor!

By far the biggest on the community with no neighbours and a fantastic lake view backdrop.

We had 5 in our party which gave everyone their own master suite; there is one on each floor (3 floors in total!) so no one had the better room.

The 2 sofas in the main lounge were new; delivered just 2 days prior to our arrival and fabulous, very comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone.

The lower floor was a games room! We're used to staying in villas with the garage being the games room but this was a fun area with additional 3 sofas and large TV.

As for the pool, well amazing is all I can say! It's massive with loads of space around for lounging in the sun with lots of pool accessories for a fun game or two!!

It's location is convenient for the I4 and 192 and there's a massive Walmart a short drive away.

This was our 10th year coming to Florida and the villa is by far the best we have ever stayed in and without a doubt we will be returning.

Mo is very helpful and would like to thank him for making our stay the best.

I just wanted to let you know we all had a fantastic holiday in your lovely villa. It is fantastic and made our holiday. None of us wanted to leave on Friday afternoon.

It's a perfect location for visiting the parks not too far away and with the price of fuel out there being so cheap we didn't spend much on fuel; can't believe it's only $1.30 per gallon.

Also had plenty to eat in many of the places around; had a great steak at Mannys Chop House just down past Walmart.

It was our first trip to America and we really felt at home out there. It's just amazing we shall be going again to other parts but whenever we decide to go to Orlando again we will definitely book your villa just won't look at any other.

This was our first time staying at your villa and compared to other places we have stayed, it was the best. It was definitely a Home Away From Home. The villa was fabulous and had everything we needed to make our stay safe and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and for me and my family, being able to cook breakfast and the odd dinner was important.

The pool was the largest I had ever seen at a rental and the view from the patio was breath taking. Every morning I would sit outside with my tea and take in the fresh air and scenic view. Occasionally I would see people on their motor boats water skiing.

I would recommend that anyone looking to rent a villa in Orlando, seriously consider renting your villa. It was easy dealing with you Mo and I hope to come back and stay at your villa the next time I visit.

If you are looking to spend a vacation in Florida this house is perfect!!!

It is very close in distance from Disney World and not a bad drive from the airport either. This house is unbelievable! It has plenty of rooms and is very spacious. We came with 3 different families and all had our own master bedrooms and the house was a perfect layout for all adults and kids.

The outdoor screen patio area is what makes this house; and the view of the lake is spectacular. Having this house be the only house in the court made this vacation so special for our family. We could hang out by the pool and patio and not have to worry about people right next to us doing the same which is very common for Florida houses.

The only downside to staying here; is if you like to go out for a nice dinner there aren't any good restaurants in the area so you would have to drive to Orlando but there are plenty of fast food restaurants around including Mannys Steakhouse.

Other than that it's a great place to stay for adults and kids. Our family will definitely be coming back to this house. We can't wait to book our next Disney Vacation and rent this amazing house.

Amazing! Fantastic! Perfect! Unforgettable are just a couple of ways to describe our family vacation.

I am recommending to everyone your villa.

We had an amazing time and loved each and every minute there. We didn't do much except just enjoy the sun and pool since we had such a lack of sun this summer.

We recently stayed at the tower lake villa this past September. My family and my brother in law's family 11 in total.

It's hard to describe because staying there was absolutely wonderful!!! The location of the house and the amenities there kept us from even going to a theme park! The kids must have swam for 10 hours a day. A pool that lights up at night with the waterfall and fountains and the hot tub was a wonderful way to enjoy the warm nights. The screen over the backyard kept the bugs from getting to us at all!

When the kids needed to get a water break there was endless games of pool and fooseball and of course air hockey.

For a little down time there were tv's in every room with cable or netflix set up.

The kitchen table and counter sat our whole family. We had the BBQ as well which was very handy. We went to the Golden Coral and TGIF for supper a couple nights but enjoyed our family time most of the week in the amazing Villa!!!

So many amenities around to shop at Walmart, Big Lots, Target, Ross are around the corner for shopping.

We spent one day at Clearwater beach on the Gulf of Mexico. White sand beach warm water that has a shallow beach for the young ones and you can rent umbrellas and cabana's at the beach so you don't have to bring any! Would highly recommend a day at the beach there!

What an unforgettable family Vacation! No neighbours on either side and backing onto the lake!!! This is definitely the place you want your family to spend a Vacation.

Don't hesitate to book this villa at Tower Lake you won't regret it!!!

We had a wonderful time in your gorgeous home!

How exciting to drive up and see the house, pool, and lake were exactly like the pictures on the website!

This home left nothing to be desired! From the 3 master suites, and 2 additional bedrooms all with TVs, to the large family room, and beautiful well equipped kitchen, with plenty of seating at the table and bar. Even a highchair for my 1 year old granddaughter!

We enjoyed the awesome game room on the lower level, the beautiful pool & spa, and the outside decks!

The upper deck was our favourite place to have our morning coffee, just gazing at that perfect view of the pool and lake.

We appreciated that this home was in a gated secure community. Also, that it was a close drive to grocery stores and restaurants, and less than 30 minutes to the Disney theme parks.

Last but not least, the owner Mo is simply wonderful! He really cares that you enjoy your stay.

The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect, and the view was wonderful. (There were lots of toys for the pool - very thankful for that).

We had no major problems other than the washing machine stopped working, but the owner promptly replaced the fault machine with a new washing machine and dryer, so we were able to do laundry.

"Dora's Pizza is awesome! You MUST take a ride on Wild Willy's Airboat Tours! For an exciting day, contact Captain Mike at Dreamcatcher Excursions - he took us out snorkelling, tubing, and shelling. He had fresh fruit and drinks for us on the boat - Loved it! And there's LOTS of fish in the pond behind the house. :)"

The view of the lake was so calming and seemed to wash away any feelings of stress. It was so convenient to have shopping so close and it was easy to get to our favourite parks and beaches with Interstate 4 so near the villa.

This was our second stay at this villa at Calabay Parc at Tower Lake and we loved it so much we have booked for next year as well. We could not imagine staying anywhere else in Florida. It truly is our home away from home!

Located on a gated community you immediately feel safe and secure and as you drive towards the villa itself you cannot fail to be impressed by the setting. Standing alone at the end of a cul de sac right on the lake. This villa provides so much space and privacy hard to find anywhere else in the area.

With accommodation set across three levels, you enter the house on the middle floor where you have the kitchen, dining and living area a lovely, airy, bright and light space. Oh, and before I forget, there are flat screen TVs practically in every room! The kitchen includes all the equipment needed during your stay and there is a high chair if like us you are travelling with little ones. My husband reminisces about the fantastic view of the lake he enjoyed during breakfast each morning! Also on this floor you have one of the three master suites and the utility room with washer and dryer. We made great use of the washer and dryer, indispensable when travelling with a baby and toddler. Also provided is a travel cot in which our little one slept soundly during our two week stay. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and our king sized bed was very comfortable.

On the upper floor there is another master suite and two twin rooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor you will find the third master suite and the dedicated games room with another flat screen TV and comfortable lounging area.

But the absolute highlight and I have deliberately saved the best till last is the pool! This is outstanding! It has to be one of the largest pools I have seen in a villa of this size and made a great holiday even better. Our little boy, just over two and a half years old, would have happily missed out on meeting Mickey and his friends to play in this pool every day! We opted to have the pool heat on and it was lovely and warm. There is an integral spa which is just bliss and the pool has water features and lights. The owner really has thought of everything.

In terms of location you are close enough to get to the parks in about 20 minutes and if you like shopping, the outlets are close by as well. A few minutes drive from the house is a huge Walmart where you can stock up on all your essentials. It is so convenient; we were in and out of there most days.

This really is a fantastic house in a superb location and we are looking forward to our stay next year!

The house and property were wonderful.

I can't say if the huge pool was nicer or the great view of the lake.

The house was spotless and I would highly recommend anyone to enjoy a stay here as much as we did.

One huge advantage also there are NO neighbors anywhere near you.

We had a fantastic time in Florida, and the villa really made it extra special. There were eight of us including 5 adults and the villa provided more than enough space. The best features of this villa was definitely the massive games room in the basement and larger than average south facing pool / spa which gets the sun most of the day. There are some really great touches as well like the pool water feature and large flat screen TVs in every room. The view across the lake at sunset is also something spectacular.

Calabay Parc itself is a safe gated community only 2 minutes drive from Walmart and 3 minutes from one of the best steakhouses I have been to (Mannys). It is also well within reach of all the Disney attractions which are 25-35 minutes away via the I-4.

The owner, Mo, was brilliant giving us lots of information about both the villa and Florida in advance of our stay and was also pleased to answer any questions when we were there. We paid our deposit by bank transfer and received it back within a couple of days of arriving back in the UK. I would have no hesitation recommending this villa even to the most fussy holidaymakers, it really is 7 Star as the photos suggest.

I just returned from a week at Calabay Parc At Tower Lake in Haines City.

The house was very well set up for large groups.

Travelling with 3 couples we loved the 3 in suite Masters and they provided us all with a great place to relax every night.

We enjoyed the pool and spa every morning and night.

We were in Haines City to go to Spring Training Games for the Detroit Tigers.

Haines City was 30 minutes from all the ballparks we attended.

Mo and the Service Company at Calabay Parc At Tower Lake were very quick to answer all questions we had.

I highly recommend this home to anyone travelling to the Haines City area.

I do not know where to begin. Everything about the house was perfect!

We have stayed in some other houses near the area but yours one was the only one that made us say "We can't wait to come again!"

The pool was crystal clear and more than twice the size compared to other houses and the gorgeous lake view just made it better.

The game room was not in the garage invaded by bugs like the other homes but it was a great size, clean room on the pool level.

You thought of almost everything, from pool toys to kitchen utensils, to even light switch and remote labels.

We felt very comfortable and even better.

This place is not only super huge, luxurious and a brilliant location it also has the biggest and best pool on the community and bet across most communities.

So in a bit more detail, all three master suites are excellent, big rooms, big beds, big walk in cupboards to hide the suitcases and big bathrooms.

The 2 double bedrooms easily sleep 5.

Pool - excellent - best I've seen.

Location - brilliant location in terms of Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, shopping malls (all within approximately 20-25 minutes).

However even better is that on a self catering holiday you are 5 minutes away from a giant Walmart and incase of an emergency, the hospital is approximately 5 minutes away.

It's a great place and we'll certainly be returning for sure.

No way you'll find a better, bigger villa.

At first while booking this house since this was my first HomeAway booking I was a little uneasy because the owner lives in the UK, and I was worried about if problems arise who would help us.

Since the first message I sent the owner he was great and emailed me back promptly.

We were two families with kids ranging from 18 and the youngest being 6, and all of them enjoyed it very much.

There are so many great things to highlight about the house, but I will just list a few. The pool is wonderful especially at night with lights, and even better with pool heating. What is not really evident from the pictures is that this is a 3 story home so if you have two families everybody has some privacy.

Another thing that was great is that every bedroom has a television. Also, the balcony on the second floor overlooking the pool is a great place to eat breakfast, and also has a great view of the lake behind the home.

The owner of the home owns the two lots next door, which makes the home especially private.

This home is in a great gated neighbourhood with many things close by, and I would highly recommend it.

My wife and I and a few colleagues were schedule to attend a week-long pharmacy conference at Disney World Swan. Convention rates were expensive, so we decided to look for alternatives within driving distance. Imagine my surprise that for much less money, we would be able to stay in this mansion of a property!

I had some reservations about booking this property originally because the owner is in London (this is his vacation home in the US). I ended up making payment via credit card, so I could charge back in the case of fraud. Now that our stay is over, let me assure anyone reading this that Mo, the owner, is 100% trustworthy, and I would not hesitate to make future reservations via check and avoid the extra credit card fees. Additionally, Mo is very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns.

The property is immaculate, with every small detail clean and well-maintained. There seems to be a number of "Calabay Parc" properties available, but it was clear to us the first time we arrived that this property is the cream of the crop - it's the only one with extra space on the sides so you don't have to worry about neighbour noise and it's also one of only a few that has the spa/pool adjacent to the lake so you have a beautiful view while lounging in the pool.

Speaking of the pool, it's amazing! There are lighting and water effects that you can select to switch on that make you feel that you have your own mini water park. Whether it was after the end of a long day of workshops, or after an eventful day at the various theme parks, it was great to look forward to taking a dip in the warm spa at the end of the day.

All the photos are accurate, and really speak for themselves; from the game room to the multiple master bedrooms, this is living in luxury. There is a Super Walmart nearby (less than a mile away), so we saved quite a bit of money by cooking our own breakfast daily. While there are many fast food choices nearby, there's really a lack of many sit-down dining options nearby except Cracker Barrel. Still, since we were either at our conference or at a theme park for the majority of days, this was not a problem -- we just made sure we stopped for dinner before heading home.

It was a lovely stay and we didn't want to leave. I almost don't want to write this review because it might make this property too popular and we may find it booked the next time we want to come back!

The Games Room is the "pad" everyone wants at home! It immediately sparks celebration and fun. Apart from all the games there is additional drinks fridges which meant 3 things.

1: Speedy access to drinks when basking in the Florida sun by the pool.
2: You were not wearing out the stairs to the kitchen.
3: The main fridge in the kitchen was not bulging at its hinges with strategically balanced items.

The "infinity pool", upgraded to such by the lake location was a measure of freedom with only the wildlife to share it.

The manicured lawns encompassing the villa create your own little Robinson Crusoe plot with peace, calm and tranquillity.

The fishing pier a few metres across the lake means the kids/partner are a whistle and a wave away so you can multi task by observing their catch whilst sunbathing and reading.

The villa promotes itself by its vast size and outstanding location. Everything is so big and spacious, the garden, the pool, rooms, beds, TVs, closets, showers, seats... it is endless. I felt like Alice and this was my temporary Wonderland.

Fort de Soto, Myakka River State Park, Cocoa and Daytona Beach are an alternative to hustle bustle Disney, easily accessible from Calabay Parc.

If you need any reassurance, contact the owner. All communication is favourably welcomed and he is prompt to address any queries/suggestions.

5 star isn't enough stars for this beautiful luxury Villa. If I could I would give at least 100 stars!!!

Driving up to the villa it was already noticeable that this was the best villa in the neighbourhood.

Once inside my friends and I were in complete awe by how beautiful and huge the villa was.

We also loved how the home had a great view of the Lake as well.

The owner and the management was very quick to responding to our questions, and made our stay that more relaxing.

This villa is overall wonderful.

We stayed at this Villa in February for our annual trip to the Daytona 500.

The drive was not bad at all when you are talking and having a good time. But I am sure you are reading to hear about the house.

Let me tell you this, the pictures do not do this place justice. Yes pictures are nice to look at but let me tell you by first hand the place is way above what we expected.

Beautiful inside and the upper deck over looking the lake and pool was a big hang out for us. TV's where like every where you looked inside and out. The master Bedrooms where awesome and the super kings where awesome. I do not think I hit the middle of the bed the whole weekend.

The reservations person Melissa O'Grady was more than you could imagine to deal with. Always nice and very fast to respond to any questions.

The property Manager Robin was just a call away even though we never had to because the place was in top notch condition. But she did check on us to make sure everything was good.

I am telling you this if you are planning a trip to the Orlando area and you want a place to kick back and relax and never worry about bumping into the family like a hotel room or smaller house than this is the place for you.

Pool was a great thing to relax in and spa was just a button away to get it ready to relax after a long day.

I promise you and again promise you there is no way you can go wrong with this house and I hope to be in this house again and again.
